Our choices and what we intend to offer to our clients, is coming from our personal point of wiew but it's totally independent. Our opinions come from one hundred and fifty years spent to taste, to choose, to buy and to seel wine in Chianti Classico production area. Since 1911 and year by year, we but in our cellar what we consider the most interessant bottles. Our intention is to be able to compare through the years the evolution of the different productions and their different qualityes. Since the time we offer to the guests for the first time in chianti this comparative wine tasting, many other commercial activityes stared to make wine tasting too. In fact we are stil the only one we still offer the same indipendent choice to the tasters.
You can choose the quality ot the wine: sangiovese, sangiovese-cabernet, sangiovese-merlot, barriqques, trational Chianti Classico. You can choose the lable but you will deal a blind wine tastng anyway. You will not know the order or the bottle since your final classification of quality. Our proposition is to have a real wine tasting and not lable-tasting or pubblicity tasting and most important, far form disturbing noises or smell. We have indepentend and private rooms. At the and we can surely assert that you will be surprised of your final choice and maybe you will get an additional point of wiew to deal by your self a wine tasting direclty to the farm.
