The pinocchio park consists of three sections.

The Garzoni Garden of the Villa Garzoni. A designed Italian garden built three centuries ago. A beautiful example of the green architecture of Italian genius.

The Pinocchio Park itself. Where you can relive the story of Pinocchio, his adventures
and his teachings. For over a century passionates young and old and makes the visit to the site, really suitable for all ages.

The butterfly house. Recently house built in crystal. You can live a unique experience in contact with various equatorial and tropical butterflies, free to fly everywhere.

• A1-Firenze Impruneta, go to North till intersection A1-A11.
• A1 Florence norh go to West on A11 direction Pisa-Lucca.
• Exit Chiesina Uzzanese.
• Proceed to Collodi.

Chiusdino - San Galgano, Montesiepi e la spada nella roccia

Apparently, San Galgano really existed. It seems that the second name was Guidotti but we are not sure. He lived between 1148 and 1181. We think he was him to slide the sword in the rock where now stands Abbey of Montesiepi. San Galgano Abby instead is located at bottom. It was built by Cirencricans monks in 1218 and it had a short life because of the plague who practically killed almost everyone. People looted the Abbey and today remains the walls only. The sword in the rock has many similarities to King Arthur and indeed, perhaps has some reason to be the inspirer of the most famous British story. Chiusdino, the neighboring village, is a small pearl perched on a hill. San Galgano was born there. It is an excursion with much effort practically outdoors but it is worth it.

• Direction North, for 1,2km till Ponte di Gabbiano intersection.
• Take lef and proceed ahead till X intersection.
• Cross the street direction Sambuca and when you arrive at T intersection, take right then left again.
• Autopalio direction Siena.
• Exit in Colle val d'Elsa and set GPS to "Chiusdino"
• Leave the stop in the village for you back home trip.
• Go directly to San Galgano Abbey and enjoy the tour.
